30 Days or More Before Check-In
If you cancel 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, you are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.
15 to 29 Days Before Check-In
For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
14 Days or Less Before Check-In
Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations within this period.
To cancel a booking, please log into your account on our website and follow the cancellation instructions or contact our support team directly at support@malinaholidays.com. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
No refunds are provided for early check-outs. If you decide to leave the Property before the end of your scheduled stay, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your booking.
Failure to check in on the designated arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In the case of a no-show, the booking will be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or reduce the number of guests), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Refund eligibility for modified bookings will depend on the original booking date and our standard cancellation terms.
