  • 15-29 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking total.
  • 14 Days or Less Before Check-In: Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

1.2 Refund Process

If you cancel your booking within the applicable refundable period, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.


2. Early Check-Out

If you choose to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your stay.


3. No-Shows

Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Please contact us if you anticipate a delay in your arrival to avoid cancellation.


4. Changes and Modifications by Guests

If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change of dates or guest count), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refund eligibility for modified bookings will be assessed based on the original booking date and our standard cancellation policy.

In rare cases, Malina Holidays may need to cancel or modify a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
  • Alternative Accommodation: Where possible, we may offer alternative accommodations. You can choose to accept the alternative accommodation or opt for a full refund.

We are not liable for any additional costs beyond the full refund of the booking amount in such cases.
